Technology Management (or Home Automation or Technology Integration) is the process of integrating all commercial and residential technologies into centralized control units that allow ease of control over all attached technologies, as well as, secure remote access to all systems. Current technologies, called modules, include security, lighting, AV (audio/video), HVAC (heating/ventilation/air conditioning), sprinklers, most appliances, and a majority of nascent home and office technologies.

Home Automation is a 35 year old industry that is only beginning to show its true capabilities. Unlike other technology based industries, Home Automation has silently grown behind the scenes without the help of the mass markets to fund it.
